SJVC Lodging

SJVC has obtained special rates from the hotel listed below for your convenience in finding lodging while attending our tournaments. In order to take advantage of these rates, be sure to tell the Reservations Desk/Contact that you are playing in the SJVC Volleyball Tournament.

We cannot recommend a hotel that is guaranteed to be closest one to where you will play. We may not even know which facility YOUR team will be using until the week before the tournament.

**The Clarion Hotel is in the heart of Springfield's busiest shopping district, including Battlefield Mall and Primrose Marketplace. Approximately 2 miles from James River Freeway, the Clarion is close to restaurants such as Applebee's, Cheddar's, Chili's, Golden Coral, Olive Garden, and TGI Friday's.

***Nearby restaurants include Denny's, Ruby Tuesday, Applebee's, Steak & Shake, Buckingham's Barbeque, and more.

There are numerous hotels along Glenstone Avenue (Business Hwy 65) and at or near the intersection of Battlefield Road and U.S. Highway 65. Here are the addresses and phone numbers for a few of those hotels. SJVC has not made arrangements with these hotels.

We are frequently asked by players and their fans for directions to the following points of interest in and near Springfield:

Bass Pro Shops is located at the intersection of S. Campbell and W. Sunshine. See #4 on area map.
Battlefield Mall is located at the intersection of E. Battlefield and S. Glenstone. See #5 on area map.
Lambert's Cafe (Home of the Throwed Rolls) is at the junction of Highway 65 and CC, about 3 miles south of Springfield.
